60th anniversary: the great spring gathering of European antique dealers
From 2 to 6 April 2026, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue celebrated the 60th anniversary of its International Easter Antiques & Brocante Fair. Around a hundred professional European dealers — France, Belgium, Italy — displayed their finest pieces at Parc Gautier and on Avenue des 4 Otages. An historic rendezvous making the Comtadine Venice the third European antiques hub, after London and Saint-Ouen.
Held for the 60th time from 2 to 6 April 2026, the L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue International Easter Fair remains one of Europe's leading sector events. Over five days, top-level antique dealers, gallery owners, specialist merchants and major collectors gather in the town along the water.
Built on the multiple branches of the Sorgue, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is nicknamed the Comtadine Venice. Its 14 listed water wheels, shaded canals and medieval streets offer an exceptional showcase. Parc Gautier and Avenue des 4 Otages host tents and stands.
The 2026 edition brought together around one hundred dealers from France, Belgium, Italy and beyond. Specialities: 17th-20th century furniture, vintage design, old masters, modern art, bronzes, ceramics, porcelain, silverware, period jewellery, lighting, antique rugs.
L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue hosts over 250 permanent antique dealers grouped in around fifteen antique villages and galleries. This density makes the town the third European art and antiques market hub, after London and Saint-Ouen. The two major International Fairs (Easter and 15 August) attract nearly 100,000 visitors a year.
Beyond commerce, the Easter Fair is a festive rendezvous: parades, animations, thematic exhibitions and conferences.
