Large spring fair with car boot sale and 150 stalls in Bédarieux town centre
The Foire de Printemps de Bédarieux takes over the town centre, Rue Saint-Louis, and the banks of the Orb every year for a day of fair and flea market bringing together nearly 150 stalls. Artisans, local producers, shopkeepers, and flea market vendors liven up this popular event, enhanced by food trucks, children's entertainment, and music.
Every spring, the town centre of Bédarieux (34600) comes alive with its large Foire de Printemps. Nearly 150 stalls take over Rue Saint-Louis, the banks of the Orb, and Place Auguste Cot to offer crafts, local products, food, textiles, decoration, beauty accessories, and a large car boot sale. The fair attracts thousands of visitors from all over the Haut-Languedoc and the Biterrois region.
A small town of 6,500 inhabitants nestled in the upper Orb valley, Bédarieux is the main agglomeration of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park on the Hérault side. The city has a rich industrial heritage linked to textiles and hat making, with the Maison des Arts and the Musée du Tissage (Weaving Museum). Crossed by the Orb river and the starting point of the Voie Verte Passa Païs cycle path, Bédarieux is also a land of hiking and nature.
The Foire de Printemps offers plenty of entertainment for children: bouncy castles, trampolines, and a duck fishing stall in Place Auguste Cot. Several food trucks and food stalls complement the gourmet offerings, alongside town centre restaurants. Traditional stalls selling doughnuts and churros add a sweet touch to this festive day.
The Foire de Printemps de Bédarieux returns on May 3, 2026. 150 stalls, artisans, car boot sale, food trucks, and children's entertainment in the town centre.
