Every February, the Stade de Kergolven in Loctudy opens its doors to the Book and Record Fair. This thematic event dedicated to books, comic books, and vinyl records attracts collectors, booksellers, and music enthusiasts from all over the Pays Bigouden and beyond. Unlike general car boot sales, this event stands out for its specialization in cultural formats: old and new prints, magazines, vinyls, CDs, and any format related to reading and music.

The event is held indoors, sheltered from the typical Breton winter cold and weather. The sports venue of the Kergolven stadium is transformed for the occasion into a collectors' fair, where exhibitors set up their book and record stalls to welcome visitors. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Sunday, February 22nd.

The Pays Bigouden, a land of Breton culture and traditions, has a strong connection to the arts and literature. Loctudy, a peaceful commune in South Finistère known for its fishing port, Romanesque church, and rugged coastline, hosts this unusual fair every winter.
