Every May 1st, Labour Day, the village of Moyaux hosts its traditional foire à tout on the Place de Verdun. Organized by the association Moyaux en fête, this event attracts bargain hunters and strollers in this characteristic village of the Pays d'Auge.

Located halfway between Lisieux and Pont-l'Évêque, Moyaux is a charming Norman village nestled in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, a region renowned for its apple orchards, half-timbered manors, and cheeses. The Place de Verdun, in the center of the village, offers a pleasant setting for this spring treasure hunt.

A friendly sale

The foire à tout welcomes private exhibitors who offer a wide range of second-hand items: furniture, tableware, trinkets, clothing, toys, books, and much more. Admission is free for visitors. A catering stand is provided by the association's volunteers to allow exhibitors and visitors to eat throughout the day.

A village lively all year round

The association Moyaux en fête also organizes other events during the year, including a car boot sale with a swap meet and vintage vehicle gathering in the spring at the village hall. The May 1st foire à tout remains the unmissable event for bargain hunters in the area.
