On June 22, 2025, Saint-Piat hosted its large annual flea market on several streets and squares of the village. Approximately 120 vendors offered furniture, clothing, toys, books, tableware, and trinkets for bargain hunters from Chartres, Maintenon, and the entire Eure valley. Admission was free for visitors. The event enlivened Place Marcel Binet, Rue Verte, Place René Quantin, and Rue du Luxembourg, offering a vast area for flea market enthusiasts to explore.
