Each spring, the Town of Les Ulis (91940) organises the Urban Park Car Boot Sale, one of two annual editions of this landmark municipal event. Over 250 private sellers fill the Urban Park (1 rue Morvan) from 8am to 6pm. Residents: €10/3 linear metres; non-residents: €20/3 metres. Free entry. Vintage clothes, retro furniture, second-hand toys.
Les Ulis, new town on the Saclay plateau
Les Ulis is an Essonne (91) commune of around 24,000 inhabitants, built in the 1960s–70s as part of the Saclay plateau development programme. Served by RER B (Les Ulis – Courtabœuf station), it is adjacent to the Courtabœuf business park, one of Île-de-France's largest activity zones, and close to the major Saclay scientific and technology cluster.
The Urban Park (1 rue Morvan) is the town's main green space. Twice a year — spring and autumn — it is transformed into a large open-air market for the municipal Foire à Tout. The spring edition typically takes place in April: in 2026 it was held on Sunday 19 April. Over 250 private sellers set up from 8am to 6pm, offering vintage clothes, retro furniture, second-hand toys, books and all manner of items. A preferential rate for residents (€10/3m vs €20/3m for non-residents) encourages local participation. Free entry for visitors.
