The hamlet of Gouttières is one of the former communes that merged in 2016 to form Mesnil-en-Ouche, a new commune in the Eure department bringing together more than a dozen villages in the Pays d'Ouche. Despite the administrative merger, each entity retains its local life and its own events. The May Foire à tout is an illustration of this.

Every May, the Foire à tout de Gouttières offers the inhabitants of this rural area a friendly flea market and car boot sale event. Private sellers offer clothes, furniture, crockery, toys, books, and all sorts of items at attractive prices.
