Each early July, the village of Flipou comes alive to the rhythm of its annual Foire à tout. In this Norman town in the Eure, nestled by the Andelle river, private sellers and bargain hunters meet for a day of summer unpacking in a green natural setting. The event attracts the inhabitants of the valley and holiday visitors to the region.

Flipou is a village in the Eure located in the Vallée de l'Andelle, this Norman river that flows between the Vexin normand plateau and the Lyons forest before joining the Seine at Pont-Saint-Pierre. This green valley, with its shaded banks and humid meadows, is one of the most beautiful in Haute-Normandie. The villages along it, like Flipou, have retained an authentic rural character much appreciated by walkers and bargain hunters.

The Foire à tout de Flipou brings together private sellers and visitors in a relaxed summer atmosphere. The stalls offer tableware, furniture, adult and children's clothing, books, toys, and various objects.
