Flea market combined with a farmers' market in the village of Smermesnil
The Smermesnil Festival Committee hosts its annual flea market combined with a farmers' market on rue de l'Église in this Pays de Bray village. A perfect opportunity to hunt for second-hand items while discovering Norman regional products from local producers. A friendly and tasty day at the end of June.
The Smermesnil Festival Committee welcomes bargain hunters and lovers of regional produce on Sunday 28 June 2026 for its flea market combined with a farmers' market. The event takes place on rue de l'Église in this rural village of north-east Seine-Maritime.
This event combines two cherished Norman traditions: the vide-grenier, where individuals and dealers offer second-hand items, antique tableware, clothing, toys and curiosities, and the farmers' market showcasing local producers from the Pays de Bray. Cheeses, ciders, honeys, charcuterie, breads and other Norman specialities await visitors at the stalls.
For the day, the village of Smermesnil becomes a place of meetings and exchanges. Residents and visitors from neighbouring communes stroll between the stalls, chat with exhibitors and savour local produce.
A small commune in the north-east of the department, Smermesnil belongs to the Pays de Bray, a bocage region renowned for its rolling landscapes, meadows and traditional agriculture. The village borders the Eu forest and enjoys a preserved natural setting.
