Traditional Bastille Day flea market on the Champ de Foire in Le Havre
Kento Solidaire hosts its traditional Bastille Day flea market on the Place du Marché in Le Havre, on the Champ de Foire. An unmissable summer event that transforms this iconic space into a large vide-grenier for the French national holiday.
Every 14 July, the Kento Solidaire association hosts its traditional flea market on the Place du Marché – Champ de Foire in Le Havre. This event has become a classic of the local calendar, taking advantage of the public holiday to bring together individuals, dealers and bargain hunters in a festive atmosphere.
Proceeds from this flea market support solidarity actions led by Kento Solidaire. Exhibitors offer clothing, books, toys, tableware, vinyl, jewellery, small furniture and curiosities of all kinds.
Located a few steps from the centre rebuilt by Auguste Perret (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Place du Marché and its Champ de Foire are one of Le Havre's lively spaces.
A major port on the English Channel, Le Havre deserves a visit for its unique modern architecture, its maritime port and its beaches.
