In July, Clisson transforms into a large open-air second-hand market. The flea market car boot sale of this exceptional medieval town brings together professional exhibitors and individuals wishing to sell or buy second-hand items in one of the most beautiful settings in Loire-Atlantique. The town, with its castle, its viaducts and its architectures inspired by the Italian Renaissance, offers an incomparable backdrop to this summer event.
The month of July marks the peak tourist season in Clisson, and the flea market car boot sale benefits from increased attendance thanks to the many visitors present in the region. Flea market enthusiasts, passing tourists and locals mingle to stroll among the stalls laden with antique furniture, crockery, books, clothing and decorative objects of all kinds. Everyone can find something to their liking, from a small curiosity to a piece of furniture with character.
Classified among the remarkable towns of Loire-Atlantique, Clisson is known for its medieval heritage and its Italian influences brought by the Cacault brothers and the sculptor Lemot at the beginning of the 19th century. Clisson Castle, the medieval bridges and the Garenne Lemot are all curiosities that enchant visitors. The flea market is naturally integrated into the cultural and tourist life of this vibrant town.
Clisson is also the gateway to the Muscadet vineyard, one of France's great dry white wine regions. Coming to the flea market in July is also an opportunity to discover the surrounding wineries and estates, to enjoy the terraces of the town's restaurants and to soak up the unique atmosphere of this town at the crossroads of the Sèvre Nantaise, the Moine and the Sanguèze.
Clisson is connected to Nantes by train (TER Nantes–Clisson line in less than 30 minutes) and by road via the RN 149. The town has several car parks and parking areas to accommodate visitors arriving by car, especially those who wish to transport their purchases of the day.

At the time of our editorial verification (June 2026), we found no public source (organizer, town hall, aggregator, local press) announcing a July 2026 edition of this flea market/garage sale in Clisson. Local sources indicate that Clisson's garage sales traditionally take place in May (below the castle, along the Sèvre) and in October (under the Halles), and not in July. If you are the organizer and this flea market is indeed taking place, please report it via the event modification form.
The Clisson flea market/garage sale (44190), located in the medieval city of the Nantes vineyard, could not be confirmed for July 2026. According to aggregators and local calendars, Clisson usually hosts two garage sales each year: one in spring (May), below the castle by the Sèvre, and the other in autumn (October), under the Halles. No garage sale or flea market is announced in Clisson for July 2026 as of our verification date.
