A seaside resort since the late 19th century, Boulouris is a residential district of Saint-Raphael that stretches between the railway line and the sea. Its shaded lanes, Belle Epoque villas and umbrella pines give it a distinctive charm, perfect for bargain-hunting.
A neighbourhood sale
Organised by the local district association, this annual flea market is above all a celebration among neighbours. It gathers a few dozen private sellers in a street or square of the district.
Boulouris Flea Market — edition 2026
The Boulouris spring flea market takes place every year on May 1st, on the Esplanade Saint-Jean, in the heart of the seaside district of Saint-Raphaël. Organized by the Boulouris Animation association, it brings together about a hundred pitches for individuals who come to browse and sell bric-a-brac, clothes, toys, books, crockery, and household items, between umbrella pines and the Mediterranean coast.
An unmissable event in the Boulouris district, this annual flea market takes over the Esplanade Saint-Jean on May 1st. Admission is free for visitors, who can browse the stalls from 9 am to 4 pm. Exhibitors set up from 7 am; light refreshments are available on site.
For exhibitors, about a hundred pitches are available. Registration is done with Boulouris Animation at the Laforest room of the Boulouris annex town hall: expect to pay €18 for 3 linear meters (€15 for association members).
