On May 28, 2026, Marnaz town center comes alive for the Bread Festival, a festive gourmet event accompanied by a large brocante. This dual event celebrates baking know-how while offering bargain hunters the chance to find treasures.
The festival features kneading and wood-fired baking demonstrations, tastings of specialty breads and children's bread-making workshops.
Alongside baking activities, the brocante fills the town center streets with stalls offering tableware, ornaments, clothing, antique books, vintage toys, small furniture and collectibles.
An industrial commune in the Arve valley, Marnaz has preserved its village soul, between Cluses and Bonneville at the foot of the Bargy.
