Fête de la Mobylette de Saint-Mexant

A unique event in Corrèze

The Fête de la Mobylette de Saint-Mexant is an atypical and festive gathering that celebrates mopeds and vintage vehicles in the heart of the Corrèze countryside. For two days, the small town of Saint-Mexant, located about ten kilometers north of Tulle, vibrates to the sound of vintage engines.

Saturday: Exchange market and concert

Saturday is dedicated to the exchange market for spare parts for mopeds, motorcycles, and vintage cars. Mechanics enthusiasts come from all over Nouvelle-Aquitaine to find that rare part. In the afternoon, a moped ride from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. allows participants to tour the country roads. The day ends with a pop-rock concert in the evening.

Sunday: Car boot sale and producers' market

Sunday hosts a large car boot sale open to individuals and professionals, accompanied by a local producers' market. A long 3-hour motorized ride departs at 9 a.m. Lunch is served by reservation (paella, cheese, apple pie, coffee) followed by a raffle with a moped as the grand prize.
