Edition 2025 — Pampelonne Spring Fair
The 2025 edition of the Pampelonne Spring Fair was held on 27 April, bringing together florists, market gardeners, farm producers, artisans and brocanteurs in the village centre. The traditional tripoux breakfast and noon aligot-sausage attracted the big-day crowd. A successful fair, faithful to its reputation.

2025 Edition Review
On 27 April 2025, the Pampelonne Spring Fair was full, as every year. Organised by UCAAP, it brought together in the village centre dozens of exhibitors. From 8am, the traditional tripoux breakfast gathered the first visitors, before the highlight: the noon aligot-sausage, served at a long convivial table. UCAAP has confirmed the return of the event for 2026.
