Pierre-Châtel Collector's Fair

A Fair Dedicated to the Passion of Collecting

The Pierre-Châtel Collector's Fair is radically different from classic flea markets and car boot sales. Here, there are no sales: the event is exclusively dedicated to the presentation and exchange of collections. Organized by the association Collections Passions « La Pierre Percée », this fair hosts fewer than 50 passionate exhibitors who come to share their hobby and exchange items with other collectors.

The diversity of collections presented is the richness of this atypical fair. From stamps to old postcards, from champagne caps to galette de rois charms, from figurines to car miniatures, including enamel signs, pins, or keychains — all collector's passions find their place in Pierre-Châtel. Thematic presentations are regularly organized, such as the one dedicated to the 1968 Winter Olympics, in reference to the events that took place in the Grenoble region.

The Bookmark Exchange, a Local Specialty

In addition to the main fair, a bookmark exchange takes place in the municipal council room, from 9 am to 6 pm. This specialty, rarer in the collector's exchange landscape, attracts collectors from all over the region and beyond. Bookmarks, often overlooked objects, reveal all their diversity and interest for lovers of small collectible items.

Pierre-Châtel, Village of Collectors

Pierre-Châtel is a small town in the Isère region located in the Chartreuse massif, about thirty kilometers from Grenoble. The association « La Pierre Percée » has created an original event that resonates far beyond the village, attracting collectors from the entire department and neighboring departments. The warm welcome, the meal offered to exhibitors, and the free registration demonstrate the convivial spirit that animates this event.
