Every year the Tourisme et Loisirs association of Monnetier-Mornex organises its famous Far'fouille antiques fair, a highlight of the local association calendar. Set in Villa Leirens Park, on the Saint-Georges path in Mornex, the event benefits from an exceptional green setting at the foot of the Salève massif.

A unique setting at the heart of the Salève

Villa Leirens Park provides a remarkable showcase with its century-old trees, shaded pathways and grassy spaces. Villa Leirens itself, a fine old residence, adds to the heritage charm of the site. The park offers sweeping views over the Geneva basin and the Jura range.

A cross-border meeting place

Thanks to Monnetier-Mornex's position just a few kilometres from the Swiss border, the fair attracts a large Franco-Genevan public. You can find antique furniture, collector's tableware, books, vintage toys, jewellery, retro clothing, tools, trinkets and decorative objects.
