The car boot sale in support of local sport

The ESCH car boot sale is organized every May by the Entente Sportive Carantec-Henvic at the sports hall in Henvic (rue du Croas Men, 29670). This annual event brings together between 50 and 100 exhibitors, both private individuals and professionals, offering a wide variety of second-hand items: clothing, toys, books, trinkets, furniture, appliances, and curiosities of all kinds. The proceeds help finance the sports activities of the football club that unites the towns of Carantec and Henvic.

The Entente Sportive Carantec-Henvic

The Entente Sportive Carantec-Henvic (ESCH) is an amateur football club that brings together the towns of Carantec and Henvic, in the Pays de Morlaix. The club organizes its annual car boot sale as a fundraising and community event for its members, their families, and the residents of both towns. The entrance fee is set at €1.50, and the sports hall provides an indoor space with parking, restrooms, and refreshments, allowing the event to be held in good conditions regardless of the weather.

Henvic, between Morlaix and Carantec

Henvic (29670) is a commune in the Pays de Morlaix, in Finistère, halfway between Morlaix and the peninsula of Carantec, on the Bay of Morlaix. This coastal area, bathed by the estuary of the Morlaix River, offers magnificent landscapes between land and sea. The commune shares a strong sporting and associative tradition with Carantec, notably embodied by the ESCH, which has enlivened local life for many years.
