Every year, the Centre Social et Culturel Hissez-Haut in Nanterre brings the Place du Maréchal Foch (92000) to life with its large outdoor car boot sale, one of the most eagerly anticipated second-hand events in the city. The 2026 edition takes place on Saturday 20 June 2026, from 8am to 6pm.
The CSC Hissez-Haut: a central player in Nanterre community life
Based at 71 rue Thomas Lemaître in Nanterre, the Centre Social et Culturel Hissez-Haut is a community association committed to the social, cultural and solidarity-based activities of the area. Its car boot sale is part of this mission: fostering social connections, supporting the association financially and offering residents a festive occasion to meet around the circular economy.
A large-scale car boot sale
With up to 315 sellers, the CSC Hissez-Haut car boot sale is one of the largest held in Nanterre. The uncovered outdoor stalls on the spacious Place du Maréchal Foch welcome private sellers offering a wide variety of items: clothes, books, toys, records, crockery, appliances, furniture and all manner of everyday objects.
