The great spring foire à tout organized by the Comité des Fêtes, on the Chemin des Regains
Twice a year, in spring and autumn, the Chevreuse Comité des Fêtes organizes its great foire à tout on the Chemin des Regains, in the heart of this historic town in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park. The spring edition takes place in early May and brings together around 120 exhibitors: individuals, semi-professionals, and brocanteurs offering antique items, furniture, trinkets, and second-hand goods.
The Chevreuse foire à tout is one of the most anticipated events on the flea market calendar in the southern Yvelines. Held twice a year by the Chevreuse Comité des Fêtes, it sets up on the Chemin des Regains, an ideal countryside setting for the hundred or so exhibitors. The spring edition, traditionally scheduled for early May (Sunday, May 3, 2026), benefits from a particularly festive atmosphere with the return of fair weather.
With about 120 exhibitors, the Chevreuse foire à tout reaches an ideal size: large enough to offer real variety, but small enough to keep the friendly atmosphere of a village flea market. Individuals, semi-professionals, and a few seasoned brocanteurs offer a typical mix: antique and vintage furniture, tableware, trinkets, books, records, old toys, postcards, vintage clothing, tools, household linen, decoration, and miscellaneous items. Prices are generally modest.
Chevreuse is a charming historic little town in the southern Yvelines, dominated by the impressive ruins of the Château de la Madeleine, which offer a magnificent panorama over the entire Yvette valley. An ancient medieval town, Chevreuse preserves a remarkable heritage: half-timbered houses, old washhouses, bridges, and picturesque alleys. The town is also the natural gateway to the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park.
Participating in the Chevreuse foire à tout is also an opportunity to discover or rediscover one of the most beautiful corners of Île-de-France. Visitors can extend their day with a visit to the Château de la Madeleine, a walk along the Yvette, or an excursion to the nearby abbeys of Port-Royal-des-Champs or Cernay.
The spring foire à tout is held on Chemin des Regains, 78460 Chevreuse. Traditional hours: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Free admission. Exhibitors can book their spot with the Chevreuse Comité des Fêtes. Parking on site. Food available in the Chevreuse town center restaurants nearby.
The 2026 spring foire à tout will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026 on Chemin des Regains in Chevreuse. Around 120 private and semi-professional exhibitors will welcome bargain hunters for a fine spring day in the heart of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park. Free admission.
