The Grigny Chaplaincy Car Boot Sale is an event rooted in the community and solidarity traditions of the area. Organised each year by the local chaplaincy, it brings together volunteers, parishioners and residents for a friendly car boot sale day. Items on offer are varied: adult and children's clothing, toys, books, board games, knick-knacks, crockery, small furniture and everyday items. Grigny, a Rhône valley commune between Lyon and Vienne

Grigny is a commune of around 9,000 inhabitants in the Rhône valley, between Lyon and Vienne, about fifteen kilometres south of Lyon.
