A solidarity car boot sale for schools

The Sou des Écoles publiques of Veyrins-Thuellin organizes a large car boot sale every April at the Salle Roger Durand. This event, which hosts between 100 and 200 exhibitors, is one of the main sources of funding for the association's educational projects.

A proven format

The Salle Roger Durand, located at rue Jean Vittoz in Les Avenières Veyrins-Thuellin, offers a versatile space perfectly suited for this type of event. Indoor exhibitors benefit from 2.5-meter tables provided at a rate of €6, while outdoor pitches without tables are offered at €2 per meter. Setup takes place from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. for an opening to the public at 8 a.m.

Serving school projects

The Sou des Écoles is a non-profit association that organizes public events and sales to fund the artistic, sporting, and cultural projects of the children in the public schools of Veyrins-Thuellin. Every euro collected during the car boot sale is directly invested in the schoolchildren's activities: educational outings, sports equipment, shows, and creative workshops.
