Car boot sale of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

The 2025 edition of the Vide-Grenier de Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer took place in the town center of this emblematic commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône, in the heart of the Camargue Regional Natural Park. Individual and professional exhibitors set up in the village squares and alleys to offer a varied selection of second-hand items: clothing, tableware, toys, books, furniture, and various trinkets.

Visitors, both residents and holidaymakers, enjoyed this day of bargain hunting in an exceptional setting, just a stone's throw from the fortified church of Notre-Dame-de-la-Mer, a 12th-century Romanesque building classified as a Historic Monument. Between finds, shoppers could stroll through the village streets and admire the typical white facades of this Camargue town.

The car boot sale confirmed its place in the summer calendar of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, a town renowned for its Camargue traditions, its Gitan Pilgrimage in May, and its wild landscapes populated by pink flamingos, white horses, and black bulls. The event returns in 2026 on Wednesday, July 1st.
