The Reyssouze car boot sale is also an opportunity to discover Bressan culinary specialties. Volunteers offer the famous tarte au quemeau (or quemo), baked in a wood-fired oven according to tradition, as well as Bressan waffles. A refreshment stand completes the food offering, providing cold and hot drinks.
