The Reyssouze car boot sale is also an opportunity to discover Bressan culinary specialties. Volunteers offer the famous tarte au quemeau (or quemo), baked in a wood-fired oven according to tradition, as well as Bressan waffles. A refreshment stand completes the food offering, providing cold and hot drinks.
A Friendly and Controlled Format
The choice to limit the number of places to 105 helps maintain a friendly, human-sized atmosphere. The rate of 2 euros per linear meter remains very affordable.
