A charity flea market in Grindorff-Bizing

The Firefighters' Association of Grindorff-Bizing organizes a solidarity flea market every year, named « Dans les yeux de Virginie » (In Virginie's Eyes), whose profits are donated to the Gustave Roussy Institute in Villejuif for cancer research and fight. Individuals offer a variety of second-hand items — clothes, toys, crockery, trinkets, small furniture — in a friendly and benevolent atmosphere, around the village's fire station. A refreshment stand and a food area are provided on site by the association.
