Reaching its 30th edition in 2026, this popular event is one of the oldest and most loyal car boot sales in the Orléans agglomeration. Reserved for individuals, it brings together around 150 exhibitors for a friendly and lively second-hand day.

A 30th edition to celebrate

Three decades of car boot sales is a fine longevity that testifies to the dynamism of the Familles Rurales d'Ormes association and the loyalty of the inhabitants to this event. Every year since 1997, the people of Ormes and residents of neighboring towns have met at Chemin des Plantes for this spring treasure hunt day. This continuity is made possible thanks to the commitment of the association's volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to organizing this event.

The Chemin des Plantes site, near the Ormes gymnasiums, offers a clear space ideal for hosting the 150 private exhibitors at the car boot sale. The stalls extend along the sides of the sports facilities, creating a well-organized and easily accessible second-hand market. Visitors can find a wide variety of items:
