For fifteen years, Boulevard Maréchal Foch has hosted a car boot sale that has become one of Grenoble's most popular events. Organized by the Union de Quartier Foch Aigle Libération, this event brings together over 300 exhibitors along this southern boulevard, creating an immense outdoor treasure hunt.

300 Exhibitors Along the Entire Boulevard

The Boulevard Foch car boot sale is distinguished by its impressive size. Stalls line the entire length of the boulevard, offering a considerable treasure hunting route. The 300 exhibitors, exclusively individuals, offer a dizzying array of items: furniture, dishes, toys, clothing, books, tools, trinkets, vinyl records, and collectibles. Each stand holds surprises, and it takes several hours to see everything.

Open Shops, Contagious Good Cheer

One of the charms of the Boulevard Foch car boot sale is that the shops on the boulevard remain open during the event. Visitors can thus alternate between browsing the stalls and shopping in the boutiques. Bars and restaurants offer refreshments and food throughout the day. The atmosphere is festive and the good cheer is contagious.

Organization and Prices

Individual exhibitors pay a fee of 8 euros for 2 meters for members of the Neighborhood Association, and 12 euros for non-members. Setup is possible from 6 am, and the car boot sale continues until 6 pm, offering a full day of outdoor treasure hunting.
