The car boot sale starts early in the morning, allowing treasure hunters to enjoy the cool morning air to explore the stalls set up in the center of Anglars-Nozac. Private exhibitors, set up from 7:30 am for public opening at 8 am, offer clothes, crockery, books, toys, tools, and various items. The exhibitor fee is €2.50 per linear meter, which is reasonable for this type of rural event. The car boot sale closes in the early afternoon, making way for the preparations for the gourmet market.

The gourmet market: terroir and conviviality in the evening

In the evening, the Anglars-Nozac gourmet market takes over. Several local producers and cooks offer their products and preparations: assorted starters, hot or cold dishes, Quercy cheeses, and homemade desserts.
