The football flea market in Moingt
Every year in March, the Union Sportive Ecotay Moingt (USEM), a local football club, organizes its large vide-grenier flea market on the Place du Colonel Marey and Avenue Thermale in Moingt, a historic district of Montbrison. The event, which is in its 12th edition in 2026, attracts between 100 and 200 exhibitors.
A mixed and accessible format
The USEM flea market welcomes both individuals and professionals. Pitches are offered at 3 euros per linear meter, with the possibility of parking your vehicle next to the stand. Setup starts at 5 am and exhibitors stay until 5 pm.
Funding the club through treasure hunting
The proceeds from the event are donated to the USEM football club, helping to finance the teams' equipment and travel. The refreshment stand and food stall, run by club volunteers, complete this sporting and friendly day.
