Saint-Loup is a small commune located between Varennes-sur-Allier and Saint-Pourcain-sur-Sioule, in the center of the Allier. The village is surrounded by vineyards of the Saint-Pourcain appellation, one of the oldest vineyards in France, and by typical bocage pastures of Bourbonnais.
The hillsides around Saint-Loup have been planted with vines since the Gallo-Roman era. The Saint-Pourcain appellation, which obtained its AOC in 2009, produces quality red, white, and rosé wines. The Saint-Loup flea market is an opportunity to discover this wine region while hunting for treasures.
The flea market is organized around the village's community hall and spills into the surrounding streets. This mixed format, between indoor and outdoor, allows for a significant number of exhibitors in a modest-sized village. From 6 am to 6 pm, early morning bargain hunters and afternoon strollers alike will find something to their liking.
Brocante Saint-Loup 2026. Sunday, April 12th, 6 am-6 pm. Free entry.
