On Sunday, July 27, 2025, the medieval city of Capdenac-le-Haut once again hosted its traditional flea market. From 8 am, private and professional exhibitors filled the alleys and squares of the fortified village, offering furniture, trinkets, tableware, and various objects in this incomparable medieval setting.
Visitors, many of whom traveled from Figeac, Cahors, and neighboring towns in the Lot and Aveyron, were able to hunt for treasures while enjoying exceptional panoramic views of the Lot valley from the 13th-century ramparts. The catering stand offered its specialties — fritters, skewers, and Asian dishes — at accessible prices starting from 5 euros.
