The annual charitable flea market by Broc et Troc Solidaires in Le Mesnil-le-Roi
The Broc & Troc Solidaire is a charitable event organised each spring in Le Mesnil-le-Roi by the Broc et Troc Solidaires association, chaired by Monique Couty. Over two days in March, it offers furniture, decoration and bric-Ã -brac collected throughout the year, with proceeds entirely donated to local and national associations.
Among the many flea markets in Yvelines, the one run by the Broc et Troc Solidaires association holds a special place. Unlike a classic flea market where each person sells their own items, this one is entirely run by a charitable association that collects furniture, appliances, crockery, books, decoration and all kinds of items in good condition throughout the year. Proceeds are entirely donated to charitable causes.
The principle rests on a virtuous chain: residents donate items they no longer need, the association sorts, cleans and resells them at very accessible prices, and the funds collected support charitable causes. For visitors, it's a chance to find bargains while contributing to a useful cause.
The association is chaired by Monique Couty, a well-known local community figure. Around her, a team of volunteers invests year-round to collect, sort, store, prepare and sell donated items.
The 2026 flea market was held on 21 and 22 March 2026, from 10 AM to 5 PM, at 13 rue Fould. This two-day format welcomes many visitors.
Le Mesnil-le-Roi is a residential commune of nearly 7,000 residents on the Seine. Its rich community fabric reflects residents' engagement in local life.
The Broc & Troc Solidaire Flea Market was held on 21 and 22 March 2026 at 13 rue Fould in Le Mesnil-le-Roi, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Furniture, decoration, appliances and bric-Ã -brac collected year-round by the association chaired by Monique Couty, benefiting charitable associations. Free admission.
On 21 and 22 March 2026, the Broc et Troc Solidaires association again transformed 13 rue Fould into a large charitable sales space, with good attendance on both days. Residents of Le Mesnil-le-Roi and neighbouring communes came to browse for furniture, crockery, books, decoration and various everyday items, all collected throughout the year by the volunteer team led by president Monique Couty.
The proceeds were entirely donated to local and national charities working for people in difficulty. An exemplary charitable economic model that makes the commune proud. A 2027 edition is already planned in the same spring format.
