Late spring professional brocante on Rue des Martyrs in Paris 9th
After its first March edition, the Rue des Martyrs Brocante returns in May for a second professional digging weekend in the 9th arrondissement. Organized by SPAM, it gathers around 150 specialist dealers between Notre-Dame-de-Lorette and Pigalle. In the warm atmosphere of this iconic shopping street, antique furniture, vintage, silverware, lamps and posters await the diggers at the foot of Montmartre.
The Rue des Martyrs Brocante is held twice a year by SPAM. The May edition runs Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May 2026, 6am-6pm, between Place Saint-Georges and Pigalle.
The 150 professional sellers are handpicked. Expect 18th and 19th century furniture, Art Deco, Scandinavian and Italian mid-century, designer lamps (Sciolari, Stilnovo, Murano), glass (Daum, Lalique, Baccarat), ceramics, paintings, posters, silverware, jewelry, clocks, rare books and curiosities.
Below Montmartre, the street is the heart of romantic and bohemian Paris: George Sand, Chopin, Delacroix, Toulouse-Lautrec, Zola. Visit the Romantic Life Museum nearby.
May is when dealers bring out their best stock after the spring fairs. Expect especially fine mid-century modern furniture and designer pieces.
Compare with March: some dealers bring new stock, others negotiate on unsold pieces. Make a gourmet pause.
