About Brocante Puttelange
The brocante of Puttelange-aux-Lacs is held in two summer editions: one at the football stadium in June, the other on the Place du Chateau also in June. Puttelange-aux-Lacs, a commune of 3,000 inhabitants, owes its name to the many ponds that dot its territory. Formerly a center for rock salt production, the commune is located in the heart of the Pays de l'Albe et des Lacs, between Sarreguemines and Sarralbe.

Puttelange-aux-Lacs derives its name from the ponds surrounding the commune. Historically linked to rock salt mining, the town has preserved a rich industrial and natural heritage. The ponds, forests, and meadows form a bucolic landscape that attracts fishermen and walkers. The Place du Chateau, in the center of the village, recalls the existence of an old medieval castle of which only vestiges remain.
