Brocante and Car Boot Sale of Saint-Julien-d'Empare

On Sunday, April 27, 2025, the Brocante and Car Boot Sale of Saint-Julien-d'Empare took over the hamlet's square for a new spring edition. Organized by the Foyer Rural, the event allowed occasional sellers to offer their finds to bargain hunters from Capdenac-Gare, Figeac, and the surrounding communes of Aveyron and Lot.

In the heritage setting of Saint-Julien-d'Empare, with the medieval castle as a backdrop, exhibitors set up their stalls on the village square. Items included antique crockery, trinkets, books, clothing, children's toys, tools, and small furniture. Entry was free for visitors, with pitches costing 10 euros for sellers.

This edition confirmed the locals' attachment to this friendly event, a true local tradition driven by the dynamism of the Foyer Rural. The next edition is scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2026.
