Flea market and car boot sale on May 1st in the streets of the village of Void-Vacon
The Brocante du Muguet de Void-Vacon is held every May 1st in the streets of the village. This festive event combines a flea market and car boot sale, with refreshments and food available on site. Void-Vacon, a village located at the confluence of the Meuse and the Void, offers an ideal rural setting for this spring event which attracts bargain hunters and strollers from all over southern Meuse.
Every May 1st, the village of Void-Vacon comes alive with its traditional Brocante du Muguet. The village streets are transformed into a vast flea market where individuals and professionals display their treasures: antique furniture, tableware, trinkets, books, toys, and collectibles.
Located at the confluence of the Meuse and the Void, this village in Meuse has a rich heritage. Its Romanesque church, its washhouses, and its stone houses bear witness to a preserved rural past. The Brocante du Muguet offers a chance to discover this authentic village while hunting for treasures in a friendly atmosphere.
From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., visitors browse the stalls set up in the village streets. Refreshments and food are available on site to refuel between finds. The event benefits from well-established organization thanks to the Speed-Ball Club and local associations.
