Annual flea market of APAHIP, April 10 and 11, 2026 in Bourg-de-Péage
The Brocante des Hirondelles is organized by APAHIP (Association Pour l'Aide aux Handicapés Intellectuels de Péage) in Bourg-de-Péage. Every year in April, this solidarity event brings together private and professional exhibitors for two days for a large flea market for the benefit of the association. A great opportunity to hunt for treasures while supporting an essential human cause in the Drôme.
Every spring, the APAHIP (Association Pour l'Aide aux Handicapés Intellectuels de Péage) organizes its grand Brocante des Hirondelles in Bourg-de-Péage. This solidarity event, which takes place over two days, is both a popular flea market event and an act of support for people with intellectual disabilities accompanied by the association.
For two days, private and professional exhibitors offer a wide selection of second-hand items: furniture, tableware, clothing, books, toys, trinkets, and collectibles. Visitors can thus find great deals while indirectly contributing to the missions of APAHIP, which supports people with mental disabilities daily in the Bourg-de-Péage area.
Founded to support people with intellectual disabilities and their families, APAHIP manages specialized support structures in the Romans-sur-Isère and Bourg-de-Péage sectors. The profits from the Brocante des Hirondelles contribute to the financing of its activities and projects. This annual flea market has become, over the years, an eagerly awaited event for the inhabitants of the Isère valley.
The month of April offers an ideal setting for this outdoor event in the Drôme. Bourg-de-Péage, nestled between Vercors and the Valence plain, benefits from a pleasant microclimate at this time. Visitors can enjoy the event before exploring the banks of the Isère and the historic center of neighboring Romans-sur-Isère.
