Annual flea market organised by the APE Pugny Trévignin in Pugny-Chatenod
The APE Pugny Trévignin organises its annual flea market in Pugny-Chatenod, a charming hilltop village above Aix-les-Bains with stunning views of Lac du Bourget. This back-to-school event in early September brings together bargain hunters and families in a friendly atmosphere. Proceeds go to local schools, combining the joy of treasure hunting with community solidarity.
In early September, the APE Pugny Trévignin (Parents' Association) organises its annual flea market in the village of Pugny-Chatenod, perched above Aix-les-Bains.
Pugny-Chatenod is a residential village at around 500 metres altitude, offering a magnificent panorama over Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France. Stalls are set up in the village centre, surrounded by traditional Savoyard houses and flowering gardens.
The flea market offers a wide range of items: children's and adult clothing, toys, books, crockery, ornaments, small furniture, baby equipment, sports gear and many more second-hand goods.
All proceeds go to the APE Pugny Trévignin to fund school outings, cultural activities and educational projects. A refreshment stand and homemade cakes round off the day.
