Spring Flea Market on the Chaussée Brunehaut in Anzin-Saint-Aubin
The Chaussée Brunehaut, which runs through Anzin-Saint-Aubin, is one of the oldest communication routes in Artois. This straight Roman road, once connecting Arras (Nemetacum) to Thérouanne, offers an original setting for an outdoor flea market. Exhibitors set up along this historic route, offering furniture, antiques, decorative items, old tableware, and trinkets of all kinds.
Located just 3 kilometers northwest of Arras, Anzin-Saint-Aubin is a popular residential commune in the Arras agglomeration. Its green setting, between the Gy valley and the Artois hills, makes it a pleasant place for a spring flea market. Visitors often combine an early morning hunt with a stroll along the surrounding country paths.
Scheduled for late April, this flea market marks the return of fine weather and opens the season for outdoor car boot sales in Artois. Refreshments and food are available on site for bargain hunters and exhibitors.
