Brocante de Loivre — Comité des Fêtes, rue de Courcy (51220)
There is no edition scheduled in 2026 for this event. This page remains accessible to archive the history of the manifestation and will be updated if a new edition is announced.
The Brocante de Loivre is organized each year by the Comité des Fêtes of the town, rue de Courcy, in Loivre (51220). This village in the Champenois plain, north of Reims, hosts a festive and friendly event that brings together dealers and individuals in a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
The Comité des Fêtes de Loivre is the pillar of the associative and festive life of the town. Its volunteers work throughout the year to offer quality events to the inhabitants of Loivre and neighboring villages. The brocante is one of its highlights, the one that mobilizes the most volunteers and attracts the largest number of participants.
The rue de Courcy is the main artery of the event. This central location in Loivre is taken over by exhibitors who display their goods on either side of the road, creating a long gallery of stalls that visitors browse at their own pace. Furniture, tableware, books, clothes, toys, tools, and trinkets follow one another to form a varied and accessible offering.
Rural flea markets, like the one in Loivre, have an advantage over large urban flea markets: the space is generally larger, parking is easier, and the atmosphere is more relaxed. Exhibitors find good conditions for setting up their stalls, and visitors can stroll through the aisles without rushing.
Loivre (51220) is a commune in the Marne department, located in the Champenois agricultural plain, on the road connecting Reims to Berry-au-Bac and Laon. This typical village of the chalky Champagne region benefits from good accessibility from Reims and surrounding towns. The annual brocante is an opportunity to discover this authentic village and enjoy a beautiful day outdoors in the Marne countryside.
The Loivre brocante is part of the tradition of popular events that liven up Champenois villages throughout the year. It demonstrates the associative vitality of the town and the attachment of its inhabitants to their local festive traditions.
