The summer flea market on the Grande Rue, every June in the heart of the village
Nestled on the left bank of the Oise, between Beaumont-sur-Oise and Asnières-sur-Oise, Bruyères-sur-Oise (95820) is a rural village of around 3,000 residents. Its summer flea market, held every year on the Grande Rue in the heart of the village, is an eagerly awaited gathering for residents and bargain-hunters from across the valley.
The 2026 edition takes place on Sunday 14 June, in an early summer atmosphere that favours a relaxed and festive mood. The Grande Rue, the village's main street, transforms into a browsing lane: private sellers and associations offer antiques, clothing, toys, books and furniture in the characteristic atmosphere of street flea markets.
Bruyères-sur-Oise is crossed by the Oise valley and bordered by the Carnelle and Isles forests. Nearby Royaumont Abbey (in Asnières-sur-Oise) and the riverbanks make it a pleasant area to explore on flea market day. The commune is accessible via the D909 road.
