Flea market of the Quesques village festival
The brocante de la ducasse de Quesques is held on the occasion of the communal festival of this village in the Boulonnais region, between Desvres and Marquise. This summer event in June combines an outdoor flea market and village festivities, in a typical hilly rural setting of the Pas-de-Calais.
The ducasse de Quesques, the village's patronal festival, is accompanied by its traditional flea market. Exhibitors unpack furniture, trinkets, crockery, old tools, and everyday objects from yesteryear in the streets of this small village in the Boulonnais. The atmosphere is that of an authentic village festival, with rides, music, and food stalls.
Quesques is a small village perched in the Boulonnais hills, in the heart of the Parc naturel régional des Caps et Marais d'Opale. Its hedgerow landscapes, its square-courtyard farms, and its sunken lanes make it a preserved rural territory where the ducasse remains a unifying event for the community.
