Every third Sunday of September, the esplanade Jean Thouraud in Guignicourt hosts one of the largest flea markets in the Aisne department. Organized by the Syndicat d'Initiative de Guignicourt, this event brings together over 250 exhibitors over 1,300 linear meters, offering bargain hunters a wide selection of antique furniture, tableware, trinkets, and curiosities of all kinds.

Located in the Aisne valley, the commune of Guignicourt (now part of Villeneuve-sur-Aisne) occupies a strategic position in the heart of the historic territory of the Chemin des Dames. This dynamic town, with a weekly market on Fridays, benefits from an old commercial tradition that finds its expression in this very popular annual flea market.

The Syndicat d'Initiative de Guignicourt has been organizing this flea market for many years, with recognized expertise. Stall bookings open in May, demonstrating the enthusiasm of exhibitors for this event. The pitch costs €6 for 3 meters, an accessible price that contributes to the success of the event.
