Every June, the Chambon-la-Forêt Festival Committee organizes its car boot sale/flea market opposite the Saint-Étienne Church, rue du Cardinal de la Luzerne. With around 145 exhibitors, this friendly event in the Orléans forest offers a day of quality second-hand goods in a bucolic village setting, from 7 am to 5 pm.
Chambon-la-Forêt is a village intimately linked to the Orléans forest, in which it is enclosed to the northeast. This commune in the Loiret region, both forested and agricultural, hosts a flea market/car boot sale every June organized by its Festival Committee, opposite the Saint-Étienne Church, rue du Cardinal de la Luzerne. A popular event for second-hand enthusiasts in the area.
With around 145 private exhibitors, the Chambon-la-Forêt flea market is a significant event for a forest commune. Setting up from 6 am on the grounds of the Saint-Étienne Church, exhibitors offer clothing, antique furniture, crockery, books, toys, and objects of all kinds. The list is long, and the diversity of items attracts bargain hunters from all over the north of the Loiret and the fringes of Beauce and Gâtinais.

Chambon-la-Forêt is accessible from Pithiviers via the D921 (13 km), from Orléans via the D921 (35 km), and from Montargis via forest roads. The commune is surrounded by the Orléans state forest, one of the largest deciduous forests in France. Visitors can park near the church or in the communal parking lots. Entry is free for visitors.
