Flea market of the Argilière district in Wizernes, rue des Fleurs
Wizernes is mainly known for La Coupole d'Helfaut, a former Second World War bunker converted into a history and memory center. But the commune also boasts remarkable natural heritage in the green Aa valley. The Brocante de l'Argilière allows you to combine history, nature, and the pleasure of bargain hunting.
L'Argilière derives its name from the clay deposits once exploited to supply the local brick and tile factories, a flourishing industry in the Pas-de-Calais in the 19th century. Today a residential area, this district of Wizernes retains its quiet charm and organizes its annual flea market with the simplicity characteristic of the villages of the Audomarois region.
