Bréval Childcare Fair

A charitable fair for families

Every autumn, Bréval organises its childcare fair, a gathering especially designed for young parents and parents-to-be in the area. Unlike general flea markets, this fair focuses exclusively on the world of babies and young children: clothing up to age 14, shoes, childcare equipment (pushchairs, high chairs, cots), toys, books, games and crafts supplies.

For the benefit of AFM Téléthon

The particularity of the Bréval fair is its strong charitable dimension: it is organised in support of AFM Téléthon, an association fighting neuromuscular diseases. Table reservation fees (€6 per pitch, reserved for private sellers) and profits from the refreshments are entirely donated to this national cause.

A format suited to young parents

The fair takes place throughout the day at the Bréval community hall, in a heated and comfortable setting, ideal for families with babies and young children. Admission is free for visitors, and around 90 private exhibitors display their finds on tables.

An event rooted in Bréval life

Bréval is a small rural commune of around 2,500 inhabitants in western Yvelines, a few kilometres from Houdan and Mantes-la-Jolie. Its associative life is rich and dynamic, with many volunteers involved in organising events like this fair.

Practical information for visitors and exhibitors

Visitors can browse freely throughout the day. For exhibitors, table reservation is compulsory at €6. On-site refreshments and food service, with profits donated to AFM Téléthon.
