Every year in mid-May, Braud-et-Saint-Louis celebrates its local festival with a four-day festive program: Braud en Fête. At the heart of these festivities, a large two-day car boot sale attracts bargain hunters from all over Haute Gironde. Private sellers offer a wide variety of second-hand items: clothes, toys, books, small furniture, crockery, and knick-knacks.

A complete festive program

Braud en Fête is not just about the car boot sale. The program includes a funfair starting on Friday with musical entertainment, a 90s DJ night followed by fireworks on Saturday, and the visit of the mascot Stitch on Sunday for the delight of the youngest. The refreshment stand and barbecue catering are available throughout the weekend, making this event an unmissable family gathering.
