For over thirty years, the Association Parentale pour la Petite Enfance (APPE) in Nanterre has been organising its celebrated children's clearance sale twice a year at Place du Maréchal Foch (92000). A landmark event in the Nanterre family calendar, each edition brings together dozens of private sellers offering carefully selected children's items.

A specialist market for families

The APPE clearance sale stands out for its quality standards: only items in good condition and clean are accepted. Sellers exclusively offer children's clothing and shoes for ages 0 to 14, toys and games bearing current safety standards, children's books and childcare equipment. This specialisation makes the APPE sale a favourite destination for parents looking to refresh their children's wardrobe or toy collection at affordable prices, in a safe and friendly setting.

A well-established twice-yearly format

The APPE organises its event twice a year: a spring edition (usually in May or June) and an autumn edition (usually in October). This regularity has firmly established the clearance sale in the habits of Nanterre families and those from neighbouring towns. The spring 2026 edition takes place on 13 June 2026 at Place du Maréchal Foch.

Registration for sellers

Participation as a seller is open to private individuals only. Registrations take place on a specific half-day at the Maison des Associations (parc des Anciennes Mairies, opposite the Maison de la Musique), a few weeks before the sale.
