Pontarlier Winter Street Sale

On February 7 and 8, 2025, the streets of Pontarlier's city center came alive for the traditional Winter Street Sale. Pontarlier merchants displayed their merchandise in front of their shops – or inside for those less fortunate with the whims of winter weather – to offer autumn-winter 2024-2025 collections at greatly reduced prices.

This edition allowed the winter sales season to conclude on a positive note. Customers, coming from Pontarlier and the entire Haut-Doubs region, took advantage of attractive discounts on clothing, shoes, and home goods. For new downtown shops, the street sale served as a great showcase to gain visibility with a wider clientele.

The 2026 Winter Street Sale will be held on February 6 and 7, 2026, with the same formula appreciated by the people of Pontarlier.
