The Métabief Bicycle Sale: Ride Smart in the Haut-Doubs

Every spring, the resort of Métabief transforms into a temple of second-hand cycling. The Salle Paul Charlin hosts the Haut-Doubs bicycle and accessories sale, the ideal opportunity to prepare for the cycling season with a quality two-wheeler at an attractive price, or to give a new life to a bike gathering dust in the garage.

The event takes place over two days: on Friday evening, bike owners drop off their machines and accessories between 5 PM and 7:30 PM. The next day, Saturday, the public can come and discover and purchase the exhibited bikes from 9 AM to 4 PM. Sellers collect unsold bikes on Saturday afternoon, between 2 PM and 4 PM.

A Complete Service for Buyers and Sellers

The Métabief bicycle sale stands out for the quality of its organization and the services offered. A bicycle maintenance and repair workshop is available on site on the day of the sale, allowing buyers to get technical advice before investing. This presence of technicians reassures buyers and enhances the value of bikes in good mechanical condition.

The sales system operates on commission: the organization takes 15% of the sale price, with a cap of 250 euros. This transparent model allows everyone to precisely calculate the expected profit from selling their bike.
